// AI training, building and advisory

MOST AI SPEND MISSES.
YOURS WON'T.

Most AI budgets get spent before anyone decides what they're aiming at. I train your people on their own work, build the first thing that actually ships, and stay honest about the bets that aren't there.

// The problem

AIM BEFORE YOU BUILD.

Training without building produces enthusiasm and no output. Building without training produces a tool nobody adopts. Advising without either produces a document. Most firms sell you one of the three and hand off the rest. I do all three, and the same person stays on it. Start with whichever one you need.

// The service

START WITH ONE. I DO ALL THREE.

01

// TRAIN

Your people, on your work

Corporate AI training built on your team's own workflows and documents, not generic prompt decks. They leave able to do the job differently on Monday, and able to tell a real use case from a demo.

  1. A call to find the problem worth training on.
  2. A survey to every attendee, so the room is pitched at the real level.
  3. An overview to align everyone, then workshops on your own cases.

Afterwards: they can tell a real use case from a demo, because they have built one.

02

// BUILD

The first real thing

AI implementation in your stack, against your data, behind your guardrails. Working software with auth, limits and observability wired in, plus a hand off your team can extend.

  1. I sit with the team and learn how the work actually runs.
  2. We agree the output and the outcome that matter.
  3. The workflow gets automated, in your stack, behind your guardrails.

Afterwards: one workflow runs without a person in the middle, and your team can change it.

03

// ADVISE

Where to aim

AI consulting that ends in decisions, not decks. Which bets are real, which are hype, what to build in what order, and what to kill. Including the "don't build this yet" answer when that's the true one.

  1. I map the process end to end.
  2. What to automate, what to optimise, what to leave alone.
  3. A decision on each one, with the reason.

Afterwards: a short list of what to build, in order, and a shorter list of what to stop.

// Built for clients

  • A real estate system joining several others together
  • A commodities data platform

// Previously

  • Publicis Groupe

// How it runs

EVERY ENGAGEMENT HAS THREE STATES.

  • // AIMING
  • // LOCKED · in production
  • // LANDED · 4-5 hours a day, per person

Every engagement ends in a number. If it doesn't, it didn't land.

// Who you'd be working with

ONE PERSON, ACCOUNTABLE.

I'm Nicolas Sakr. Fifteen years building products inside enterprises, most recently at Publicis Groupe, Zoopla and Elliptic, and two PropTech companies I co founded in the Gulf. I've trained more than a thousand professionals in applied AI across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Nicolas Sakr

You get me on the work, not a team you meet once at the pitch.

// What you own

YOU OWN WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

  • One fee for the build. Not a subscription.
  • I build it on my accounts, then transfer them into your name when I hand over.
  • The code and the database are yours. You can change them, or pay someone else to.
  • Maintenance is a separate arrangement, and it is optional.

The common alternative is a developer who builds your system, keeps it, and charges you every month for access to your own thing.

// Where I am the wrong call

I'M NOT RIGHT FOR EVERY JOB.

Three situations where you should hire someone else. I will say so on the first call rather than after the invoice.

  • A rollout across forty sites

    That needs a bench of people working in parallel. I am one person. Hire a firm with a delivery team and hold them to the dates.

  • A programme that needs the paperwork

    If the real requirement is a certification on file and a company carrying the liability, buy that. I cannot be it and I will not pretend otherwise.

  • A name for the board pack

    Sometimes the job is cover: a logo the board already trusts. That is a legitimate thing to buy. It is not a thing I sell.

What I am right for: one team, one problem worth solving, and the same person on it from the first workshop to the thing running in production.
